Hitomi's Complete Lolita Wardrobe

Hitomi is my lovely little doll sidekick. Naturally, since Hitomi is a Lolita herself, she and I have many common interests. Hitomi and I can usually be found browsing lolita brand websites, inventing creative stories, and creating crafts. It is obvious that Hitomi herself would have her own impressive lolita fashion wardrobe. Of course, I am just getting started building her lolita wardrobe.

Headwear

My girl Hitomi owns quite a few different hair accessories. Hitomi's head circumference is a standard size for an MSD or a 1/4 scale doll. While she can wear items for other 50 cm sized dolls, this also means she is able to use hair accessories for one of the most popular ball-jointed doll sizes. Since this is the case, there are plenty of fantastic products for me to choose from! Additionally, this means there are numerous accessory options for her that can be combined with Hitomi's various lolita coordinates! I am excited to make her even more accessories for her in the future.

Most of the head pieces Hitomi owns came with a clothing set. I am a huge fan of Azone International clothing pieces in the 1/3 scale. The outfits are made exclusively for the 50 cm Obitsu doll. The blue ribbon (right) was an accessory that accompanied the Azone International 50 cm Alice Dress Set in blue/beige. The black/white headdress (below) was an accessory that accompanied the Azone International black/white Jumper skirt I purchased her. The white headdress (below) accompanied the white one-piece from Alice Collections. These hair clips were just a cute set I had on hand. Often times, a simple ribbon is an excellent way to add a bit of charm and simplicity to her sweet style.

Wigs

As you probably know, wigs are an extremely common item in lolita fashion and for ball-jopinted dolls as well. A wig is a great way to diversify your doll. Hitomi usually has her hair in two brown pigtails. It was only natural to ensure Hitomi's main wig would feature her trademark look. Since Hitomi is a lolita, I get an excuse to purchase multiple hairstyles for her! All three of her wigs were purchased by me directly from LeekeWorld. All three wigs are of fantastic quality and allow me to have so much style versatility. I love the range of color when it comes to these wigs as well! Hitomi's long wig (left) is the Baby Brown color, while the other two wigs (center, left) are maroon. While I want to purchase some more hairstyle options for Hitomi, she is off to a fantastic start!

Blouses

Both of the blouses I purchased for Hitomi came from Alice Collection. They can be found in the 1/4 scale size. The one on the left is my absolute favorite blouse. The buttons, stitches and lace are accurate and to scale. The other blouse is one I typically as the blouse under a jumperskirt. The detachable sleeves are extremely convenient for multiple looks. I mainly keep it for the sleeves.

Petticoats

One cannot be a proper Lolita without a proper petticoat. Hitomi currently has two. One from Azone that is an a-line shape and that is long since it is intended for dresses. The other petticoat is from Alice Collections, and is a short petticoat with a cupcake shape. The shorter one is perfect for skirts!

Skirts

Both of these beautiful skirts were handmade by untavain and intended for standard MSD sized dolls. Since I was able to get the measurements before I completed my purchase, I knew both skirts should fit Hitomi's waist perfectly. When the pink skirt arrived, I knew absolutely had to have both colorways and purchased the blue skirt as well. These skirts are extremely well made, well constructed, and completely to scale. The details on both of these skirts are positively precious! I love the various printed sweet treats, pearls, flowers and bows among the pastels colors. The sweet stripes add another detail of charm. The fact that these skirts are to scale makes these two pieces that much cuter! I would love to order some custom items by this artist in the future!

Dresses

This one-piece is the first dress that I purchased for Hitomi. I purchased this piece because, not only because is it white, but due to its overall lolita fashion style. Compared to the to scale complexity of an Azone International piece, this dress has elements that are too large and slightly costume-like. Also, this MSD size dress is a bit short for Hitomi but is less obvious when she is sitting or when she is wearing white tights. The length of dress allows her to look like a tall Lolita, which is one of the reasons I find the 50 cm body so darn adorable! I may make Hitomi an underskirt at some point.

Black Jumperkirt

This black and white jumperskirt from Azone International is absolutely perfect! It is such a classic old school lolita piece that I just had to have it! Azone is one of the brands I buy from continuously. Azone has a clothing line exclusively for the Obitsu 50 cm dolls. I am particularly fond of the Ellen style clothes. This particular set came with the headpiece and the JSK. The details on the dress are flawless and completely to scale. The floral lace detailing on the edge of the dress makes the piece additionally charming. The detachable sleeve blouse is a common addition to this particular coordinate, since I can hide the non-scaled detailing and have the varied options to have long or short sleeves.

Alice Dress Set

This clothing set by Azone international is one of my favorites! Each piece is incredibly well made, constructed of quality materials and each piece is to a perfect scale. Even the small stitching, lace, and buttons are completely doll sized! I cannot believe the level of detail in this beautiful clothing set.

 a one-piece dress
 an apron
detachable collar
✓ a hair accessory
✓ detachable sleeves
 a long petticoat
✓ bloomers

Shoes

Who doesn't love shoes? Doll shoes are just so tiny and adorable! Since Hitomi has interchangeable feet, she can have high heeled feet or magnetic flats. Both sets of feet have different measurements, which means that I have even more shoe options to choose from! The tea party style shoes are from BambiCrony and are positively excellent! The material is of an extremely high quality and resembles actually tea parties that I own. I plan to order more tea party shoes for Hitomi in additional colors. The black pair of tea party high heels are a decent quality and a pair I purchased rather inexpensively from eBay. Lastly, Hitomi's lolita style boots came from, you guessed it, Alice Collections! The boots are extremely well made and the details, particularly the PVC lace, are positively adorable. The best part about these boots is that Hitomi is able to wear them with either feet set attached!
